  • 200 g fresh salmon fillet, sushi grade (skinless & boneless)
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp good olive oil
  • Salt & freshly ground pepper
  • 30 g Osietra caviar

Instructions

1. Prepare the salmon
Dice the fresh salmon very finely so that each bite melts in the mouth. Mix gently in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and freshly ground pepper. Cover and chill in the fridge for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

2. Prepare the avocado
Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Cut into small, even cubes and immediately drizzle with lemon juice to prevent browning. Lightly season with salt to enhance the creamy texture.

3. Layer in a serving ring
Place a round serving ring on a plate. First, layer the avocado cubes and gently press down with a spoon. Then add the salmon tartare on top and press lightly. Carefully remove the ring to keep the layers intact and visually appealing.

4. Garnish with Osietra caviar
Finally, spoon Osietra caviar on top. Serve immediately, optionally with fresh toast or crispy potato chips for added texture.
